Part 3 - 10 Affirmations to Fuel Your Goals and Kickstart Each Day with Positivity and Purpose

In part 3 of our series, we are keeping it short and sweet. We’re already a few weeks into the new year and some of you may already be struggling with your new goals. For some it may be time or motivation, while others may struggle to believe that achieving their goals is actually possible. One tool that is very powerful to help transform your mindset on your way to reaching and maintaining your goals is affirmations. Affirmations help to increase positivity, motivation, and expectancy. According to a 2013 research study, “one account of why self-affirmations are successful is attributed to their ability to broaden a person’s overall perspective and reduce the effect of negative emotions.”.

So, if you find yourself struggling, here are 10 affirmations to help keep you motivated and improve your self-belief as you pursue your resolutions for this year. Carve out a bit of time each day (preferably after you first wake up) to say these out loud (preferably in the mirror).

1. I can achieve anything I set my mind to.

2. I trust in my abilities to overcome challenges and setbacks.

3. Every step I take brings me closer to my goals.

4. I am focused, determined, and disciplined in pursuing my dreams.

5. I release self-doubt and embrace my limitless potential.

6. My actions today create the success I deserve tomorrow.

7. I am resilient, strong, and can tackle any challenges that come my way.

8. I am worthy of success, happiness, and fulfillment.

9. I celebrate progress, no matter how small, because it moves me forward.

10. I have the power to create the life I want, and I am doing it every day.

Cheers to staying motivated in 2025!
